What is a new year without the new years resolutions? It’s the best time to leave the unnecessary in the past and focus on what’s really important. And studies have shown that one of the most popular new year’s resolutions is getting fitter, doing more sport, eating healthy and getting that gym membership you’ve been talking about for so long. Sounds familiar? This year, It’s one of mine as well. But it couldn’t be a better time for that, cause not only the winter Olympics are right around the corner, but also H&M has launched a special capsule collection inspired by the Swedish Olympic outfits.
If you haven’t heard, then H&M has designed a collection for Swedish Olympic Team and the Swedish Paralympic Team to be worn at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. And to celebrate this collection, H&M Sport has created a special capsule collection inspired by the Swedish Olympic outfits so we could not only look amazing in the gym, but also support the Olympic movement. The collection is not just functional sports garments but also casual items that are perfect for layering.
The color palette comes from the Swedish flag, with dark blue, royal blue and vivid yellow, mixed with blue and yellow snake prints. I found some amazing items in this collection and majority of pieces can be worn outside the gym as well. H&M’s Go Gold collection is perfect to get that relaxed sporty look.
